All purchase-related information should be considered general informational material. The image accompanying the product description may not perfectly represent its characteristics and may differ in color, size, or any accessories shown in the picture. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by the seller via an email sent to the address provided by the customer during registration. This message will include an order confirmation attached, which should be used for any communication with the company. The message will include all the details provided by the customer, who is responsible for verifying their accuracy and promptly reporting any corrections.
Orders are usually shipped on the same day if placed before 3:00 PM; otherwise, they will be shipped the following day. Orders placed from Friday to Saturday will be shipped on the following Monday.
We will do our best to ensure that all orders are shipped promptly. However, please note that our shipping partners provide us with estimated delivery times, and occasionally shipments may arrive later than expected.
You will receive a DHL or GLS email with all the tracking information for your shipment.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. To return an item from RACR•:
A full refund is only possible if the purchased product is returned within 14 days of purchase.
RACR• does not cover the cost of international returns. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with the original tags and labels.
We ask that you return the items using a traceable shipping method. Please keep a note of the tracking number so you can monitor the return process.
Returns take 3 to 10 business days to process. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed, after we have received the items. The refund may take several business days before it appears on your credit card.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
