Order
Do I have to create an account before proceeding with the order?
No, you don't have to create a personal account, but having it has its advantages.
When you create an account, you can:
- Review past and recent orders;
- Save the products you prefer in the Cart;
- Save your personal data for a faster checkout;
- Manage your personal data, billing address and shipping address;
- Change password.

How do I know if a product is available
All products are available, unless the message "Sold out" is displayed. This message appears when selecting the size (if the product has the size selection).
Please keep in mind that if a product is in your cart, it is not reserved until your order is completed.
Will the warehouse be replenished?
Some products will become available again, but not all. If you are interested in a particular product that is out of stock, you can send us an email to mail@racr.it.
Can I add an item to an already completed order?
It is not possible to add an item to an already completed order. Once you have completed your order, it will be shipped the same day.
After receiving it, you can send back the entire order or the product you don't want to keep, following the instructions you will find in the Terms and Conditions
Where do I enter a discount code or a Gft Card?
You can enter a discount code on the Cart page. Enter the code and click on "Apply Discount Code". Your discount will be calculated automatically on the final price.
I have completed an order successfully, but I have not received the confirmation email. What should I do?
After finalizing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and order details. If you don't receive the email within 2 hours, please send us an email to make sure the order has been completed.
Reimbursement
When I return an order, will I receive a full refund?
You will receive a full refund if you ship the entire order back, otherwise you will receive a refund for the product you wish to return if you request a refund within 14 days of placing your order. Your refund will be issued to the payment method used for the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product is faulty. Please note that the refund takes 10 working days to be credited to your account.
Do I have to pay the shipping costs to return the order?
Yes, the shipping costs are at your expense, except if the product you are returning is faulty.

What is the processing time?
Orders are usually despatched same day if booked before 12pm, next day otherwise. Orders booked from Friday to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. We will do our best to ensure that all orders are dispatched on time. Please keep in mind that our shippers provide us with estimated shipping times, and on occasion shipments may arrive outside of the estimated time.
Can I track my order?
You will receive an email from the courier used with all the information on the traceability of the shipment.

You can use PayPal to pay on our site. Once you have created your account, just click on "PAY NOW" to complete your order.

If you wish to pay by credit card, you can also do it through PayPal. On the payment page, click on "Proceed with PayPal", and click on "Pay with a card". PayPal accepts Carta Aura, Discover, Maestro, American Express, Master Card and Visa. Please note, credit cards issued by a local bank that are not part of one of the previously indicated circuits will not be accepted by the system; in this case it is advisable to create a PayPal account.
To pay by credit card, you can select the item "Credit Card (PayWay)" and follow the instructions.

On the checkout page you will find all the data necessary to make the bank transfer. The order will be shipped when we receive the payment.
