ORDERING PROCESS

Product orders are made by accessing the website and completing the registration process. A description of each product, including its main features, is available on the website. All purchase-related information should be considered general informational material. The image accompanying the product description may not perfectly represent its characteristics and may differ in color, size, or any accessories shown in the picture. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by the seller via an email sent to the address provided by the customer during registration. This message will include an order confirmation attached, which should be used for any communication with the company. The message will include all the details provided by the customer, who is responsible for verifying their accuracy and promptly reporting any corrections.

SHIPMENT

Estimated delivery time for Italy: 24h-48h Estimated delivery time for Europe: 3-5 business days Estimated delivery time outside Europe: 7-10 business days *The RACR• Helmet by Airoh will be shipped 5 days after the order is placed.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are usually shipped on the same day if placed before 3:00 PM; otherwise, they will be shipped the following day. Orders placed from Friday to Saturday will be shipped on the following Monday.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We will do our best to ensure that all orders are shipped promptly. However, please note that our shipping partners provide us with estimated delivery times, and occasionally shipments may arrive later than expected.

TRACKING ORDERS

You will receive a DHL or GLS email with all the tracking information for your shipment.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes. The duty-free limits are determined by the local authorities of your country. Please check the website of your relevant local authority for more information.

PAYPAL

To make a payment on our website, you can use PayPal. Once you’ve created your account, simply click on “PAY NOW” to complete your order.

CREDIT CARDS

If you prefer to pay with a credit card, you can select the credit card payment option at checkout. Alternatively, you can pay through PayPal. On the payment page, click on “Proceed with PayPal,” then select “Pay with a Card.” PayPal accepts Aura, Discover, Maestro, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Please note that credit cards issued by a local bank not belonging to one of the aforementioned networks will not be accepted by the system; in this case, we recommend creating a PayPal account.

BANK TRANSFER

On the checkout page, you will find all the necessary details to make a bank transfer. Your order will be shipped once we receive the payment.

returns and changes

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. To return an item from RACR•: 1.Specify whether it is a return or an exchange; 2.For exchanges: specify the desired product/size. We ask that you contact customer service and indicate that you wish to exchange the purchased item, providing the order number and the new product you want. 3.Ship the product back in the packaging it was received in. Please make sure to choose the correct size.

POLICY

A full refund is only possible if the purchased product is returned within 14 days of purchase.

CONDITIONS

RACR• does not cover the cost of international returns. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with the original tags and labels.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

We ask that you return the items using a traceable shipping method. Please keep a note of the tracking number so you can monitor the return process.

REFUND

Returns take 3 to 10 business days to process. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed, after we have received the items. The refund may take several business days before it appears on your credit card.

EXCEPTIONS

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
