SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SHIPPING
Estimated transit time for Italy: 24h-48h
Estimated transit time inside EU: 3-5 business days
Estimated transit time outside EU: 7-10 business days

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically shipped the same business day if ordered before 12AM otherwise the next day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped out Monday.

POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

TRACKING ORDER
You will receive an confirmation e-mail with your DHL tracking code.

DUTIES & TAXES
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

PAYPAL
To go through payment on our website you can do it easily using PayPal. Once you have founded your PayPal account, you can use click on “PAY NOW” to go through checkout.

CREDIT CARDS
If you wish to pay with your credit card, you can do it through PayPal. In the payment page, choose proceed with PayPall, then click on “Pay with a card”. PayPall accept Carta Aura, Discover, Maestro, American Express, Master Card and Visa. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of the previous logos will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend to create your PayPal account as an alternative.

BANK TRANSFER
At the checkout page you will find all the bank datas that you will need for the bank transfer. As we receive the payment, we will ship the order.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE
Customers are responsible for shipment costs for returns and exchanges. To ship an item back to RACR• please:

  1. Indicate whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
  2. For exchanges: please indicate the desired product/colour. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and colour you would like on hold.
  3. Pack your item(s) into the box and packaging you received it in. Please send your item(s) back to:

ATTENTION: it’s not possible to change the product “RACR• Helmet by Airoh” after buying and trying it, so be sure of the size you order.

POLICY
Items purchased from RACR• are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days of purchase.

CONDITIONS
RACR• does not cover the cost of international returns. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unused and with the original tags attached.

TRACKING MY RETURN
We recommend that you return merchandise to us using a traceable shipping method. Please retain record of your tracking number so that you are able to monitor the progress of the return as it is in route back to us.

REFUNDS
Returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

EXCEPTIONS
Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

WARRANTY
We will reimburse return transport costs on items with major defects, but we will handle shipping reimbursement on a case-by-case basis.
