Do I need to create an account before placing an order?
No, you don’t have to create a personal account, but having an account means having many advantages.
When you create an account, you can:
- Review past and recent purchases;
- Save items you’d love to have in your Basket;
- Save your personal details for a fastest checkout;
- Manage your personal details, billing address and delivery address;
- Change your password.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless a “Sold Out” message is displayed. This message is shown after you’ve selected your size (if the item has size options).
Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it is not reserved until you have completed your order.
Will inventory be restocked?
Some of our items get restocked, but not all of them are. If you are interested in a particular item which is out of stock, you can send us an email at email@example.com.
Can I add items to an order that I placed?
It is not possible to add items to an existing order that you have already placed. After you placed your order, the order will be processed in our warehouse almost immediately. Once you’ve received your order, you can return the entire order or products you do not want to keep, you will find the procedure under Terms & Conditions.
Where do I enter a discount code or gift card?
You can enter your discount code in the page Basket. Enter the code and press “Apply Coupon” button. Your discount will automatically be deducted from the total payment.
I placed an order successfully, but I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail yet. What should I do?
After finalizing your payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number and your order details. In case you didn’t receive this e-mail within 2 hours, please send us an email to ensure the order was placed.
Will I receive a full refund when returning an order?
You will receive full refund if you want to ship back the entire order, otherwise you will receive the refund for the product you want to send back, if you ask for refund by 14 days after the order. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order. Shipping costs are not refunded, unless your items are faulty. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund money to enter your bank account.
Do I have to pay shipping costs for my return?
For returns you will have to pay for shipping costs, except is the product you are returning is faulty.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Estimated transit time for Italy: 24h-48h
Estimated transit time inside EU: 3-5 business days
Estimated transit time outside EU: 7-10 business days
Which is the processing time?
Orders are typically shipped the same business day when ordered before 12AM otherwise next day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
Can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your DHL tracking code.
What are the payment options?
To go through payment on our website you can do it easily using PayPal. Once you have founded your PayPal account, you can use click on “PAY NOW” to go through checkout.
If you wish to pay with your credit card, you can do it through PayPal. In the payment page, choose proceed with PayPall, then click on “Pay with a card”. PayPall accept Carta Aura, Discover, Maestro, American Express, Master Card and Visa. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of the previous logos will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend to create your PayPal account as an alternative.
At the checkout page you will find all the bank datas that you will need for the bank transfer. As we receive the payment, we will ship the order.
